Use of the App
Bonda is provided as a video recording tool for supported devices. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and for obtaining consent where recording laws, privacy rules, or venue policies require it.
Device Compatibility
Dual camera recording depends on device and iOS capabilities. Some devices may not support simultaneous front and rear camera recording. Bonda may show availability and permission status to help you understand whether recording can run on your device.
Your Content
You retain responsibility for recordings, audio, exports, and any other content you create with Bonda. You should not use the app to create, store, share, or export content that violates laws or the rights of others.
Account and Guest Use
Bonda may create an account profile for app features such as coin balance, check-in records, and settings. You may also skip login and use guest mode, but some features may require login.
Coins, Purchases, Sharing, and Export
Bonda may use a coin balance for certain features, including sharing and exporting media files. Coins may be obtained through supported in-app purchases or app activities such as daily check-in. In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms and App Store policies.
No Professional Advice
Bonda is a recording and media utility. It does not provide legal, production, or professional advice. You are responsible for deciding how to use recorded materials.
Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for compatibility, safety, maintenance, or business reasons.
Disclaimer
Bonda is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or workflow.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of recordings, files, data, or opportunities arising from your use of Bonda.
